7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Alter is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Alter operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Please review the Terms regularly.
